Comfort and Durability
The G PRO Gaming Headset is built with an aluminum fork and a steel headband for durability. Comfort-wise, it has soft memory foam leatherette earpads for passive noise cancellation and extended comfort.

Pro-Grade Microphone
The detachable PRO boom mic has a wide frequency response, low signal-to-noise ratio, and high sensitivity. It also has an integrated pop filter and wind screen to help reduce unwanted noise.
Pro-Tuned EQ
Download the G HUB Gaming software to access audio EQ profiles tuned by eSports athletes as well as to create your own. You can also save audio profiles to the included USB sound card and use them with other systems.

Once you purchase a software download and we (or the Publisher) have sent you the product activation code, you are responsible for downloading (if applicable) and confirming your ability to access the software, and bear all risk of loss after downloading the application or receiving the license key, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive malfunction. If you are unable to complete a download or access an application, please contact ITFactory customer service for assistance. We will do everything in our power to troubleshoot with you in order to help you get started. If necessary, we will put you directly in contact with the manufacturer for further support.
